Morgan’s Message® Merchandise Associate

Nicole Foley currently lives in Northern Virginia, where she was born and raised. She played Division I soccer at Stetson University for two seasons before facing a coaching transition and navigating her own mental health challenges, which ultimately led her to step away from the sport she loved. That experience became a pivotal moment in shaping her passion for leadership, advocacy, and supporting student-athletes beyond the field.

Nicole graduated from Virginia Tech in 2022 with a degree in Human Nutrition, Food, and Exercise and served as a Morgan’s Message Ambassador during her time at VT. In November 2024, she joined Morgan’s Message full-time, where she supports merchandise design, apparel collaborations, and dedication game coordination. She manages collaboration timelines and launches, helps execute seasonal merchandise drops, supports the online store, and oversees dedication game requests and fulfillment for ambassadors and schools nationwide.

Alongside her work with Morgan’s Message, Nicole serves as a Youth Fitness Director, Group Fitness Instructor, and High School Girls’ Soccer Coach, prioritizing empowerment, positivity, and approachability in every space she leads. Outside of work, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
