Hi! My name is Lindsey Ronbeck. I graduated from the University of Florida in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in English Literature and was a two-time captain of the Gators Women’s Lacrosse team.

After college, I competed in Athletes Unlimited Professional Lacrosse, where I proudly represented Morgan’s Message. During that time, I helped raise funds and share Morgan’s story on a national platform.

From graduation through spring 2024, I worked as a Division I women’s lacrosse assistant coach. I chose coaching because I felt called to be the kind of coach players could truly lean on. I took pride not only in teaching the fundamentals of the game, but also in mentoring athletes, building their confidence, and helping them find joy in the sport.

I am currently a fitness instructor at F45, and I coach both high school and club lacrosse. I also run a fitness Instagram account, @getfittywithlinny, where I share workouts and training inspiration.

I was born and raised on Long Island, NY, and now live in Richmond, VA with my fiancé and our dog, Koe. Outside of work, I love reading, making collage art, and playing Sudoku.
