Hello! My name is Erin Menges and I am currently the assistant field hockey coach at the University of Richmond. I was also a student-athlete at the William & Mary, where I played field hockey while majoring in English.

During my time as a student-athlete, I experienced the pressure of striving for perfection both on the field and in the classroom, a standard that often felt impossible to reach. Now, as a coach working closely with student-athletes every day, I have gained an even deeper appreciation for prioritizing the person over the player. Everyone faces challenges and transitions in life, and what matters most is showing up for and supporting those around you.

I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Kat on this podcast and help raise awareness for mental health. This experience has allowed me to connect with inspiring individuals whose passion for wellness and personal growth is truly contagious.
